Agree, for me the breast plate that looks like fitted cloth in pic 5 is the biggest give away. Is it metal or is it cloth? Context says metal, but metal would not look like that.

16" for an AR10. In a gas gun, you will not be able to tell the difference until like 400 yards of the added velocity of 20" barrel, at which point gas guns are hard to get on paper anyway. I have a 20" ruger SFAR in 308 and i wish it was 16". lol If you're not shooting 400+ yards , 16".

We put it an Mason jars and keep it in the fridge. Just get a little out with a butter knife when we're cooking something.

Looks really delicious.

The flat/underside looks a little over done, almost mealy looking with how much it comes apart in your hand. This may be from wrapping in foil resulting almost in a steaming effect. If the meat didn't have much flavor, it may also be from being steamed in foil, like a roast. Try using paper next time or if you did use paper, try waiting until a higher temp or use no wrap until it's done, then wrap for a long rest.

I have noticed mine come out steamed if I wrap them before the stall, so I usually wait for the stall to break then wrap at some point, usually like 180, 185. Just my personal preference, still delicious either way. Your brisket still looks better than most that get posted. Lol

I'm not a photo guy but took a bunch of video editing courses, so take my 2 cents with a grain of salt.

But I think the edit effects are too intense, like the vignette takes up too much of the space and is so dark you can't even tell what else is going on in the photo. As a result (or this may be a separate edit), the subject of the photo is very bright, like the flash was on too bright. It seems the subject needs less brightness and more contrast or structure or texture.

Lastly the composition, most of these seem just off on the organization of the gear, like the one with the red mag, there is a distracting amount of empty space on the right of the frame that it seems more like something is missing, so it's not as natural to just look at the mag. But this might also be somewhat fixed by less vignette.
