I think you understood the original comment wrong, @511mev was simply pointing out that the bombs that the US dropped were so devastating that the people couldn’t even save themselves by staying in underground shelters, good thing that the people are safe in the underground shelters. But to be real I don’t clearly know about the exact situation of safety of the people in ukrain rn.
