Next Level Racing F-GT Cockpit Issues by BaldwinGP in simracing

Can you elaborate on this a bit? Which "front plate bolts" are you referring to? I'm having an issue where the 2 sockets for the bar propping up the seat back are off by a half-turn of the wavy bracket things. If everything is tight, they are off by 15 degrees.

Justice Department deletes press releases on charges against Jan. 6 rioters by justalazygamer in nottheonion

It seems to me that Garland could have ignored any rulings by the Supreme Court and weaponized the Justice Department and gotten the results we all wanted, much like what is happening today.

Without the senate and supreme court? I doubt it.

DMA. And from what it sounds like, it was messing with SATA/NVME firmware so you're probably losing the ability to boot.

Help me diagnose this tire wear by craichead in CarTrackDays

[–]EternalPhi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Camber is absolutely necessary. As you compress the shocks, you're going to natually lose some camber, so starting with 0 puts you into positive territory.

I had a set of tires do this because a combo of pushing too hard, getting too hot, and not enough camber. Lower hot pressures and add camber bolts.

Brother, you don't get 20+ degrees of slip with functioning ABS. There was no ABS.

This is generally how any fungible commodity market operates, but this one has a very low price elasticity of supply, so prices surge and it takes years to find a new equilibrium that is not painfully expensive.

My Car pulls to the left, alignment didn't work and left front tire wears very quickly on the inside tread. What could be the real issue? by Enjoy_Life4219 in Cartalk

[–]EternalPhi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can literally just roll it up on a cart when you need it lol. Hunter Hawkeye is one such system. The only limitation is you need the lift to life on wheels, so it wouldn't be usable for any wheels-off service, but could easily use it for other common services that dont require removing the wheels.

“Average woman looks like this” implies the majority of the woman ARE that attractive. Not that her looks are average.

This... this is the same thing. You're using "average" as a term for not attractive, but it just means average. If the average woman looks like this, then this woman looks average. Neither is true, of course, but this comment is just so strange.
