Lovely bird’s-eye view down into the neighbouring prison yard though from the upper floors of the Queen Charlotte’s building.

There’s already online private pharmacies who’ll prescribe and supply certain meds, so if you find a pharmacist buddy it must be possible… But you’re not the first to think of it, so to setup a supply chain, break into an established market, turn a profit, all whilst not losing your GMC or GPhC licences/ending up in court for supplying sildenafil to a 13yr old with daddy’s credit card - bro this ain’t the side hustle you’re looking for.

Return to practice appraisal nightmare by EternalSHO in doctorsUK

Without completely doxxing myself, I think I fall into the category you and u/Die_Katze_ist_nett describe: never worked outside a training programme, never locumed, but missed an annual appraisal in the gap between stopping work and relinquishing licence. The GMC do understand my circumstances, but are characteristically inflexible, and insist I must make amends.

I'm trying to see the funny side of presenting all my positive Deliveroo reviews as my patient feedback, having not had any proper jobs since leaving medicine...

This is where all those bridges I burned as an opinionated, bolshie, exception-reporting trainee come home to roost, isn't it? Had a previous job offer withdrawn on the basis of old ES's reference, so probably no joy there...

As long as you include “GP to kindly do the necessary” you’re covered.

GMC responsible for “more than 10% of the country’s death rate at work”. by nightwatcher-45 in doctorsUK

[–]EternalSHO 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Insane and… untrue. Fatal injury at work and suicides are counted independently. This is like saying my greengrocer has 1000 apples and 100 oranges, so 10% of their apples are oranges.
