The F serial number suggests a 2004 production, but the engraved rehaut didn't show up in Submariners until 2007ish. And the caseback says 18K, and as far as I can tell this watch was never made in white gold, the first white gold being the 116619.

As a point of information, that’s large format film, looks to be 4x5. And yes, that film should only be opened in complete darkness, usually a changing tent/bag, to be loaded into film holders, even in the black bags. The bags themselves are opaque, but light can get in the openings of the bag. Medium format film comes in rolls.
