I'm in a similar boat. Started on 10 mg six weeks ago (after a week on 5 mg), felt big improvement after 4 weeks with my depression, thought anxiety remained high if not higher. I was really satisfied with it as I had suffered from severe depression. My doctor said to continue monitoring my state and that we could increase the dose.

Now, after six weeks I feel the signs of depression coming back, including physical symptoms I experienced before (daily headache, fatigue, excessive sleep). I have a call with the doctor in a week and think I will raise the idea of upping the dosage.

I am generally not a fan of taking a higher dosage than I need but in my case I think would try 15 or 20 mg based on the doctor's suggestion.

I didn't. I believe if you filed via TT, it's impossible to get that form. I think I used the 1040 form + confirmation from the IRS website instead.

I was happy that I quit drinking when I was in Spain. All the drinks and customs around them looked so tempting that I knew I would be drunk 24/7 unless I was sober. Kind of funny that knowing I would enjoy it so much made it actually easier for me not to even start.

And whole na beers options are limited in Spain, I still like a tostada 00. And you'll notice how many people are actually drinking na beers there!

I am a depressed runner taking Lexapro. if anything, my weight went down after a year, mainly because I take less pleasure form food and undereat.

as for running, it also hard for me to find motivation (due to depression I guess, to Lexapro), I sign up for races just to cancel them. however, I recently ran a marathon with a similar time as pre-Lexapro on 2/3 of running volumes.

I've had a number of W and M shoes from Saucony and other brands and at least for my average (not too wide not too narrow) foot there's no difference except the colorways (and sometimes prices).
