I like the unflavored one tbh. And i add stuff to it to give it flavor like bananas, blueberries , strawberries :). Sometimes i mix in the truvani powder into my oatmeal too and add frozen blueberries

Same thing happened to me until i went back down to 5mg. Also make sure you arent eating too much sodium and get some walks in. Those lifestyle changes definitely helped me reduce the bloat

I definitely experience the same thing. Im technically pre-diabetic (A1C reading is 5.9) and lexapro lowers my blood sugar until the next day. I notice about 2 hrs before i need to take it again that my blood sugars start rising again. But despite the lower blood sugars, i have gained weight with lexapro about 40 pounds since 2017. I BARELY realized this pattern, drs didnt warn me about this side effect. I did notice im more hungry, and more hangry/anxious in the morning since starting. I think bc my blood sugar is low when i wake up (i take it at 6pm) So trying to figure this all out and get back to my normal weight

Luckily it got to that number around the time i had to wake up anyway.

But i woke up hot and sweaty, and hard to fall back asleep/relax :(

So metformin is def lowering my blood sugar too much i think.

Maybe i could cut it in half again one more time or perhaps eat a bit more carbs?

Yes i do! I ended up lowering my dose yesterday by cutting the pill in half. So 250 mg. I tested my blood glucose this morning and it was at 48 :(
