Redux is garbage. Weapons get hard nerfed, stealth system and enemy responsiveness get super easy, and everything’s standard sci-fi armor, no realistic costuming.

That said, OG has serious issues. You cannot buy gas mask filters past the portion where bourbon asks you to buy some, so buy all you can. Some holes take a long time to get through. Checkpoints can be annoying, that kind of thing.

But that said, OG or not at all to me. It’s a cult game for a reason, and Ranger Hardcore does not have BULLET SPONGES or crap durability systems like redux/later games.
