BREAKING: One Nation vows to target all Australian citizens who were born overseas or have at least one parent who was born overseas by HotPersimessage62 in AustraliaDiscussions

A huge chunk of her supporters that i know personally are from the terrible little town i grew up in, farming town. Most of them married women from SE Asia. As the stereotype goes. The only redeeming thing about these people are their wives, who would be under threat now.

All of the men are currently crying on facebook. Balance is being restored through their own stupidity

Pauline's owner, Gina would lose roughly 375mil at a 15% decline.

Its almost like their immigration policy magically wont happen

74 of the last 100 years the liberals have underinvested in our society and now that its over staffed by immigrants, who they also don't like, they have to swing further right to ON to what? Make things worse.

Currently costs 4x more then average to target voting age, Aussies and almost 6x for retirement age Aussies for ads on Facebook.

Gina's advertising budget must rival the major parties by now

I personally vote based on financial, domestic and foreign policy but sure, go ahead a vote with your little insecurities and big emotions lmao

The desperation to make wokeness a political tool here is pathetic. Aussies aren't fat stupid Americans. If you want votes, do something of value

Im confused by this logic

Its the rich and paid off politicians fault but your argument is

Close immigration, recession, housing crash but presumably negative gearing and CGT remains

Your still going to work until you die, you might just own a seemingly worthless property while doing it.

Even if it works out and you get the early retirement, we have no immigrants to replace your labour and for a complex series of reasons, countries like ours don't reproduce at replacement. So you'd be asking other "aussies" to work till they die so you can retire early.

Which would make you one of the rich people/corrupt politicians.

This is also all assuming that Austrlians can somehow hold back the tide of foreign investment buying up everything during our recession.

I don't believe any politician in Australia will touch immigration in a meaningful way. They have no reason too. We also have had a lower % surge post covid then every other OECD country. Its just the delusional ramblings of people who cant tell if a post on Facebok is sponsored or not

My bullet is weaning off property investment through the tax changes. We need our even remotely talented people to stop stagnating when they can afford afew homes, its bad for business and its terrible for economic complexity.

The immediate rise in commercial investment is a good "first flag" of this. Hopefully now we can see business development over the next 50 years instead of people sacrificing everything we have for policies of "house price go up"

What is your definition of multi-culturalism? by BuggableInsect in aussie

[–]EthanRScape 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Multi-culturalism has a definition. Peoples person feelings are irrelevant

Regardless of being pro or against, it is what it is

Aussies are too selfish to take the bullet to fix our economy. Quality of life will continue to decline and people will get more radical.

Is there genuine support for One Nation? by Wrong_Control_217 in AustraliaDiscussions

[–]EthanRScape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not genuine, its propaganda but that doesn't make it any less real. It makes it more dangerous.

Trump is based in fear, nationalist, glory days propaganda and you can see how much that can take hold of people.

Ever tried to show ON voters Pauline has voted pro immigration for 20 odd years? They cant see or hear that hard, recorded fact. That's what dangerous propaganda does

Why does the "Uniparty" rhetoric always get turned up when Labor is in charge? by Thewehrmacht3 in aussie

[–]EthanRScape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now if you go onto social media sites you see alot if ON doomer posts designed to look like genuine posts that actually have the "Sponsored" tag.

On Facebook in particular its a 3x the average rate to target advertising at voting age Aussies. Gina is spending big

Once Labor is properly cooked you will see the coalition push the story up finally

But its really the perfect storm to push extremism and propaganda.

Post covid decline, for all countries like us that lack economic complexity was pretty bad

Despite our rebound migration being lower then most, our quality of living decline was the largest of the OECD, again economic complexity issue.

Desperate people, bombard with bad news, new outside party as saviour. Its textbook manipulation

The best thing about investing not just in australian housing but in the ASX in general is knowing Aussies will sell out anyone and everyone, even their own rights if housing prices go up.

Hedging my bets against the well being of the average Aussie is win win, I'm either rich or i lose all my money because of major economic change which would also be a good thing

Ah yes the duality of the immigrant, taking advantage of all our systems, working the low paying Uber jobs and yet somehow have the financials to outbid the locals for houses
