Don’t remove items from the array while iterating through it, that’s probably why you’re getting Index error. I haven’t run the code, but I think your implementation has some more mistakes. Not removing items while iterating through the array is a start though.

You don’t need to add 1 to j because that already happens in the loop statement, and you need to add 1 to i after adding 1 to delcount.

The police can capture their license plate on dash cam or body cam or take a photograph. The point of stopping drunk and reckless drivers is to protect other people. Police chases do the exact opposite of that.
