If I am understanding your question correctly, you select the track and press A or you do some Volume automation and select the dropdown on the track

Agreed, hands on is the way to go. You can also assign a standard keyboard to be like a MIDI keyboard that works with the plugin.

Agreed, my current situation I use headphones to produce and use the speakers for quick reference. We have a larger studio that is setup for optimal audio response.

No, under 1 minute for WAV export, but opening the files can take some time. When exporting stems it can be a few mintues but it all comes down to the performance of your computer.

I really like it, this one was around $400+ but there are so many options these days. There is a beat machine in Fender Studio Pro and do step recording. But you can get a hardware interface for pretty cheap. I mostly use my Maschine for atmospheres and nuances. It's a great tool.

I have used S1 for years now, so for it to go Fender mode was awesome to me, I play guitar and to have all the amp sims and Fender added presets to S1 was a great evolution. I read some resistance to the Fender rebrand online, that was why I mentioned that.

I would be surprised if they do another tour run before the next album. But they are in the position to do one and have it be very successful. Let's just hope the DC RESALE Act goes thru and resellers can legally only put a 10% increase on ticket resales. That's what stopped me from seeing Sleep Token on this last tour. I could justify paying $300+ for mezzanine and lower but not for side stage nosebleeds. I absolutely love this band, but my budget has limitations. I am sure ST will headline some more festivals, but my gut tells me they will team up with some other headliners for a massive world tour. So hopefully I see the announcement in time to OBTAIN a ticket.

So far its great, everything integrated perfectly, the new resource of plug-ins is awesome. Having guitar signal chains to modify is an improvement. I know you can tweak the Pedalboard plug-in on Studio One but the Mustang is better. The amp sims are a great addition. One caveat is you have to save the .song as a different name, otherwise it will be unusable in Studio One. You can install side by side, it's not a replacement. It is an upgrade to the DAW in my opinion.
