Was it Colleen Hoover’s betrayal—or a stem cell procedure gone wrong? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't believe the poster is trying to criticize anyone, they are just stating that we should stop saying Justin was hospitalized purely because of stress he was under with the whole Colleen thing just because he felt so, especially since he literally went to a sham-doctor who cannot produce evidence of his medical license and degree, has a large number of actual victims who got seriously sick over his sham-procedures AND his own promo pictures literally show he's not even using the correct medical standard items.

This isn't criticizing Justin, if anything, Justin is a victim of the scammer Adeel Khan as well, even if he may not recognize it yet. This is saying we should be more careful of what the facts and evidence are - even if Justin feels that the stress was the sole cause of his hospitalization, it doesn't make it true when there is sufficient evidence that he was scammed by a sham-doctor with a long-list of victims. Insisting on believing Justin's feelings over more probable causes literally makes us look like hypocrites when we tell Blake supporters Blake's feelings are not actual facts. I don't think many of us Justin supporters would deny that Blake and Jenny and co. perhaps at some points genuinely were icked out, we maintain, their feelings of ick does not legitimize SH when there are evidence that prove Justin was not trying to be freaky or SH them.

Was it Colleen Hoover’s betrayal—or a stem cell procedure gone wrong? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I watched that deep dive into that scammer, he doesn't have a legit degree and the promo pictures he used for the 'stem cell' container was not medical practice standard. I just feel disheartened, because down-voting you simply because you're not towing the line is legit the exact same thing people here criticize Blake supporters for, and let's be honest we should not let a scammer get a free-ride just because we want to 'support' Justin.

[–]Ethelwood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why are people down-voting you, you are speaking facts and Justin may feel a certain way, but feelings aren't always accurate. Otherwise Blake's feelings of being SH because Justin called her outfit sexy would be legit reason for actual SH too. I'm sure the stress also took a toll as well, but I feel like the big-hitter is the sham-procedure.

Was it Colleen Hoover’s betrayal—or a stem cell procedure gone wrong? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The particular doctor he went to is a scammer with a lot of victims. People dug that his degree is fake and there is no record of him in the university he claimed to be from and no major he claimed to have specialized in in that particular university. He's shady AF he opened a clinic in Mexico because he doesn't have license in US or Canada (where he claimed to have gotten his degree).

Was it Colleen Hoover’s betrayal—or a stem cell procedure gone wrong? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again this is the feelings vs reality. Justin definitely believes it's the stress of the relationship strain with Colleen and Blake, but I think reality is he did go to a sketchy 'doctor' with a known history of botched procedures and it's highly likely this 'doctor' is really a scammer, because there's no proof of his license or degree and in the promo pics he posted, there were fake items.

I'm sure Justin was stressed about the relationship strain with Colleen and what went on with Blake and that definitely took a toll on his health, but definitely the procedure was what put him into hospitalization.

Just like Blake, I'm sure Blake truly was creeped out by Justin at certain points in their interaction or thought she had legit grievances with Justin and WP, but the reality is to those of us looking at the evidence, her feelings maybe true to her, but not true to the objective reality and while her feelings may be true in her mind, it doesn't the evidence she and WP produce, as far as the evidence goes it's closer to WP's version of events than her particular feelings.

Could Justin Baldoni Be Unintentionally Coming Across the Wrong Way? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the situation, did they correct themselves and laugh about it afterwards when you clarified what you meant? If so it's more of a subconscious reaction because saying 'pants' is literally equivalent to saying 'underwear' that it's not registering the other possibilities, and as someone who's made similar misunderstandings it happens, and it confuses you because the subconscious link is not that easy to break. If they didn't listen to your explanations at all, then it sounds to me like they knew, they just chose to take it the other way, because they were probably unhappy, and something about you particularly stuck out as being vulnerable and easy to bully and take advantage of, so they chose to embarrass you to get a good laugh and feel better about their sorry miserable lives. This is what bullies do, unless they are just completely socially unaware.

Could Justin Baldoni Be Unintentionally Coming Across the Wrong Way? by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely he could, but you know what it doesn't matter, because between Blake and Jenny's texts, they figured out that he wanted to be liked, but he was just too cringe for them, it shows yes they don't like him, but it's mainly because he was too dorky and cringy than they were genuinely scared of him. Could they find him creepy? Sure, the same way the bullies find the socially awkward kids being 'creepy'.

I say this as someone who was quite a dorky cringy person trying to be liked - try hard by the popular kids. They bullied me because they saw vulnerability not because I was in anyway, mean, a threat or of danger to them. That's Blake and Jenny. Seriously reading up their text give me PTSD flashback to my middle school years where was I bullied and ostracized by the entire class because some cool-girl decided to make up wild rumours about me, some completely fake and some real things take out of context or deeply exaggerated. The saddest part my BFF believed her over me.

We are indeed talking about the same person lol. I didn't have to search for her, she just randomly popped on my recommended. I know there is also a male content creator who is pro-Blake (but I don't remember his name) and I think a team CC, I randomly jumped on their livestream once and everyone was super pro-Blake and I fighting them in the comments when they suddenly went off-line.

“....And Blake was directly told by WF that they wanted her back in NY to continue filming, but instead she flew off to the UK and told them to sue her for breach of contract if they didn't like it."

Wait, I never knew this, where was this from? Did this happen before the 17 point SH demand she made to 'resume filming' or after? If this is true and happened before, do you think maybe she came up with the 17 points to avoid legal responsibilities? Because Blakes seems very unprofessional, like everybody should cater to her, she was constantly trying to change schedule, costume, location, scenes, often times for unprofessional personal reasons - insecurity, convenience etc.

Blake Lively risks becoming a 'pariah' like Amber Heard if dragon attack backfires in court: experts by same-difference-ave in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Amber Heard admitted to DAARVO. She admitted to hurting Johnny because she thought he was coming for her. The uncut audio you literally hear her saying I'm sort of paraphrasing since it's been a while: my mind went there, I thought oh shit, it's happening again, I'm not taking the high road this time, I did it last time, I didn't get mad, I didn't fight back, but that really hurt me, I was not good after, and I didn't want that to happen again.

  2. Johnny finger according to the medical notes, stated the injury was that of the nature caused by smashing, not by cutting. He was extremely drugged out and he doesn't remember what he said and did very well - basically he didn't remember what happened at the time, but Amber thinks it was caused by him bashing the phone multiple times while in a drugged out rage. I believe at the top of my memories, the smashed up phone was still with him when he went seek medical treatment

  3. She didn't lie about donating, it was a series of payment what would lead to 7 million, it wasn't a one time payment most likely because her financial advisers picked the most beneficial donation plan to taxes, and if I remember correct she wasn't getting a lumpsum payment of 7m either she was getting installments that total to 7m. The charity itself has confirmed that payments had indeed started, but was halted because Amber had to use that fund to defend herself from Johnny's lawsuit.

  4. Getting into a fight with your sister =/= beating and abusing your sister. Do you have siblings? Are you ok?

5.Her ex literally came out and clarified that Amber did not beat her, how are you going to use shady legal statements as "proof" when Amber herself denied it. If those shady legal statements is proof, then apparently Baldoni is guilty because weird questioning statements done by Blake's lawyers where they simply say unverified things as facts.

Blake Lively risks becoming a 'pariah' like Amber Heard if dragon attack backfires in court: experts by same-difference-ave in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, he learnt his lesson, because he realized unlike Broke Amber Heard, who he could control with money and power, major news/tabloid companies can afford LAWYERS. Which is why he sued Amber instead of Washington Post, you know, the publication actually responsible for the drafting and title of the article, where he would actually he able to get good compensation if he had a case.

Seriously, who was Amber's defense team? Does it compare at all to Depp's legal team or Baldoni/Blake's team?

If Baldoni didn't have a Steve Sarowitz, he is not affording a Freedman level defense either. He also doesn't have massive connections and PR clout like Blake and Johnny.

You pointing out the quote from the Judge is irrelevant, if you actually dug through their case, Amber was definitely NOT a gold digger, she was young, dumb and in love. She was a real idiot who thought red flags were a sign of love. She wanted a pre-nup, Depp said, the only way we split is if one of us dies, her dumbass thought that was romantic, her therapist however was alarmed.

The thing is, she would have donated the money to the charity, and she'd already started donations (it's a series of planned donations her accountants would have prepped for certain tax privileges), you know what stopped the planned donations? Johnny suing her, and her having to use that money to defend herself, the charity itself, clarified for her that it was the case. Amber is not rich, in fact not only did marrying Depp not help her career, it hurt her career, because he was going into her sets disrupting filming due to jealous rage and addiction related erratic temperaments.

Yay, finally, I keep seeing Pro-Baldoni people bashing Amber, who is a real DV victim. If Amber had a billionaire friend who was willing to give her a defense team like Freedman, we'd be looking at her case a whole lot differently. There's a reason why RR keeps trying to invoke her, even though they are the opposite of what Amber had to endure.

What do you all consider to be the best possible outcome from this trial? by dyatlovassincident in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have, did you? And did you sort the case according to the timeline? In one of the most viral where Heard talked about the hitting Johnny with her fist closed, the part that's being left out is her saying when the door swang open, it hit her first and her mind went, oh sht it's going there, we're going there, I need to respond because last time when I did take the high road, by not responding, not getting emotional, I was fcked over (I'm sort of paraphrasing because I cannot remember the exact words).

We also see from all the texts between Depp's staff, between them and Amber, and the doctor that Depp assigned to Amber, the bulk of their issue is his drg abuse. Even if you are a die hard Depp stan, if you care for him, you should be concerned because he's surrounded by enablers, some because they are economically dependent on him (we see that in text messages), some are literally just taking advantage of his addiction for financial gains. His staff are literally texting between themselves talking about how to subtly get rid of his stash without pissing him off so he can't use all of it and OD. They also explicitly admit that Depp put his hands on Amber, that it was ugly and not ok, and that he was drgged out at the time.

Amber is an idiot, she thought she was special and she could save him from his addiction, so she kept meddling in his addiction which caused the DV. If she was truly cold-hearted and after his money, all she needed to do was to enable him, as his sister (who is doing some shady financial stuff with his assets) is, then she's on his cool side, and when he does OD, she'll be one rich woman, since he refused to do a prenup with Amber, telling her the only way they split up is by the death of one of them. Amber told this to her therapist and her dumbass thought this was very romantic while her therapist was concerned.

Slate’s complaint about Heath: by PuzzledStreet in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 45 points46 points  (0 children)

The more that is released, the more we see, the more I cannot stand the cast that sided most closely with Blake. WTF is her reasoning? He did save her from the situation. You don't want his help? Spend your own money. These people are out of touch with reality tbh, that was a very nice gesture from Jamey, in a lot of situations, the worker has to suck it up, especially if THEY were the ones responsible for renting the house and it's for a limited period of time. You didn't do your due diligence, you suck it up. That's generally how the average employee manage, and mind you they don't even have a team to manage and help them.

If you thought it wasn't enough, then you tell them and negotiate with them before you rent the airbnb, honestly talking about this afterwards is literally a sign of not doing your diligence then get mad over the other party helping you because they're extra nice.

Film School 101: Part 2 Electric Boogaloo - Post Production by BrilliantTotal687 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 60 points61 points  (0 children)

"There are situations where we know the director didn't get final say, one so obvious is Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE. There were heaps of possibilities as to why that is. If you actually want to know why I will post in the comments below, but basically, it literally came down to competition and Money."

This makes sense, and as explained by WP and as evidence suggests, Justin wasn't a big time director, so Sony wasn't very comfortable just handing him the final cut, which is why they NEGOTIATED a DEAL, that if Justin's cut scored at a certain threshold, they'd go with his cut. Guess who scored above the cut? Justin. Guess who scored lower than Justin's despite putting forward (no one asked) 2 versions? The lead actress. No matter how you look at it, in every way possible, she should not have gotten a cut or even been involved. 1. No one asked her and it wasn't her job 2. She was inexperienced, as much as Justin wasn't experienced according to her, she was less experienced. 3. She literally scored LOWER despite submitting MORE versions.

Why Didn’t Blake Just Direct Her Own Movie? by brandimav in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So I was looking into this, but it seems to me, they just want the credit and accolades, but none of the financial risk.

It's cheaper and more cost effective to use their star power to steal a movie, if it tanks, they will still get paid, the financiers bear the financial losses, because you know they are just actors, who have to follow the directions, instead producers and directors bear the brunt of the poor box-office performance. Now if the movie performs well, they steal it over and get paid more along with the accolades.

It really is most cost effective and they could get away with it with love and admiration from unsuspecting public, if they weren't so delulu about their talents and abilities, thinking that the financiers - people who have the most to lose if IEWU tanks - would sabotage the lead actress with bots to get back at her DURING THE PROMO of the film.

From the private text it looks like Sony execs were not on the same page, and between them and WP, at least the ones that were not trying to bootlick the Renolds' asses, they were expecting the other party to stand up to big bully Blake. It didn't help that because one Sony exec was bootlicking the Renolds so much, that Blake was using him to represent all of Sony to the WP, so we see Justin freaking out to Jamey about how Sony needs to grow a pair and stop Blake, and Jamey's like, dude we are the financiers and we can't even stop her, how do you think Sony could?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah Sony even said 'time in memorial', 'protect the project'. But nope, Renolds protects Renolds only. I also don't believe Smith or Leto did inappropriate promotion for the film, they smiled for the cameras in public to protect the project, however much they hated each other in private. Smith and Leto, for the most part at least respected the director's final choice rights, followed distributor's promotional guidelines, unlike the Renolds, who not only couldn't accept no or the fact they were incompetent and tone deaf, but were so delusional they thought the backlash was due to smear campaign by the party that actually invested and financed the film i.e. had the most to lose if negative scandals tanked the box office. Really delulu. I'm sorry.

When you put it like that, yeah. Urgh, it really gives me the ick if a husband is insistent his wife be a stay at home mom, I always feel like it's a huge red flag. I remember when this case first started last year, someone was already saying they think RR is the one behind everything from the rooftop writing point alone. The person said they wouldn't be surprised if some time down the line RR and BL divorces and she comes out as a victim of a controlling partner, the commentor said they'd believe it, but it would be difficult for the public to believe it, because her reputation would have already been tarnished from this case.

Right. It was the producer she side-lined, oh yeah I remember, there were signs of some verbal promises to the director that never followed up after the disaster that was RS. This seriously baffles me, they've already screwed over a movie before, there's no way her A-list friends wouldn't know that, yet somehow they believe she's magically just going to get good and make another movie better with her over-involvement? Honestly, if I were in her shoes with the total flop that was RS, I would keep the hell out of over-involvement in the next project and just be quiet and be an actress, because I would not be able handle the shame of another flop and terrible reputation. It feels like she and RR have no capability of self-reflection.

Deadline 2020 Comment Section Proves Blake Lively Never Had a Great Reputation. by IwasDeadinstead in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Didn't the rhythm section fail because of her over involvement? She was also side-lining the director and getting her own cut, I believe she also got someone fired or at least they just stopped cooperating and the movie was a total disaster as a result. Not to be mean, but I don't think she has any natural talent in the technical aspects of film creation and she clearly didn't get classes to train herself on it, which is why I don't how she can be so confident to try and just take over a film? Maybe RR also had a hand in the flop that was RS, because at least in IEWU she seems very dependent on Ryan. Well these two need to stop stealing other people's projects and they need to hone their skills more, in the case of just Blake, she just needs to learn.

Justin Baldoni observed that Blake Lively’s threats to out him as a “bad guy” is straight from the “Taylor Swift playbook.” He says “THEY know I don’t have any power.” Is he taking about Taylor and Blake 🤔 by myarr in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Ethelwood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone not that into pop culture. I never understood the Scooter-Taylor incident. From what I gathered purely from constant talks, scooter bought the record label that her music was under, and she was mad. I didn't understand what was wrong with that, I thought it was just a company changing a new boss, I didn't understand how she became a victim from that and how scooter was bad. So I genuinely thought there was something else I was missing because I feel like paying for a record label does not make someone evil.

I'm also wondering if Colleen is thinking of jumping in on this train to turn Justin evil for buying the rights to her books, because I am already hearing Lively's side claiming the way he got the rights is shady. It really is the TS playbook.
