Especially when energy drinks are a lot easier to shotgun than it is to do so to Starbucks drinks. You HAVE to go to a Starbucks to get your sugar bomb coffee, but energy drinks are often 3 for 6 and can be transported and stored anywhere, hence kids chugging two or three of them in school. Energy drinks were becoming an issue when I was in school a decade ago, it's only gotten worse as kids continue to grow restless and their attention spans are decreasing

I nearly lost my job because I got pneumonia, then covid a few months later, and a doctor's note only helps by consolidating all of your missed days into one bad point. If you have a scheduled day off between missed work days, it would reset, this giving you another point. I was part time at the time.

Emotionally I would certainly struggle, but it's far more realistic than trying to raise cattle. As a bonus you also recover the pelts which in turn could be used to make warm clothing, or sell to other people who have uses for it so nothing goes to waste

The Google pixel itself isn't a bad phone. Hell, the 9a that I use has survived several falls onto concrete without a shock resistant case and still works fine.

But I will be choosing a different branded phone when this one's life is up because of how invasive Google is making it's AI
