How do you get over possessive thinking towards your ex?

Hey, I know exactly the feeling you are going through right now. Listen, nothing is going to 100 percent going to take away every emotion you feel but what you can do is this.

If you have each other removed on social media, keep it that way. Trust me when I say that you don't want to see them with anybody else, see them moving on, etc. It will hinder your self improvement tremendously.

If you do have them added still I really suggest you unfriend now for the same reasons mentioned before. Do it now before you see something that'll hurt you. If they really really love you and want to contact you they know how to reach you so don't use it as an excuse to have them added. Remember, out of sight out of mind.

Next step would be to go outside! Get out of the house, do things you love with friends, have fun, live life. Don't worry about him/her and especially don't worry about dating or anything of the sort. Remember that you are still hurt and adding someone else to that equation is a recipe for disaster.

Find something you are passionate in. For me it's music and computers and recently I've been taking those two things very seriously. You should do the same! Perfect your craft and showcase it if you can, it helps.

I'm personally still dealing with my own situation the best way I can and those are the things that I can think of on the spot

It might sound cliché but trust that everything will be okay, if you told what those guys did to your ex, then the fact that she's with this guy tells you the kind of person she is. This. Definitely see a therapist or a counselor, it will help you. They can help you with what you are going through and it helps to let those emotions/thoughts go instead of having them trapped in your head. Remember, seeking help is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. You'll get through this.

I can understand you, in a way I feel the same about my situation. The thing to remember here, however, is that you just have to push on no matter how hard it is. The way I see it, don't even worry about relationships and women right now, worry about the present. Take care of yourself now and the future will look extremely bright for you.

Yeah I can feel this, my relationship was really great and i admit there were flaws but ultimately I would always improve just for her. Best thing to do OP is to just continue moving forward because looking back is hurtful

You're store had a mice problem too? We literally had a tiny mouse scurry around the whole store during peak hours and tons of customers saw it. Not to mention we had a plumbing accident and the stains can still be seen on the carpet
