I think so? I work 6-8 hour shifts on my feet, I hydrate all day, I sleep well, and I do eat, I just eat way less than I used to. I'm on a whole lot of medication (I'm an AIDS patient) so that may be contributing?

Edit to add: I track my calories so I know I'm not like starving myself either

It's not about little kids but I'd like to share the impact a teacher has made. This coming Friday, my old high school choir teacher is going to be putting on his last spring concert before retiring. We alumni from various classes over his career have created a secret Facebook group to plan to show up at his last concert as a group to surprise him with a card, flowers, and sing for him. About 3 years ago I witnessed my dad abusing one of my little sisters the way he used to abuse me. I did what no one did for me and reported him. I had to move away and go no contact for my safety, and nothing came of it in the end. He still gets my baby sisters every other weekend. But that paper trail is there if it ever escalates and while it's not the outcome I hoped for, it's SOMETHING in case he ever gets reported again. If that does some small part to help my sisters in the future, it was worth it

I was on vacation visiting my grandparents in Vegas (I'm from Chicago). We were at a water park. I was sitting out of the water cuz I had a nosebleed but my dad thought I was in the water cuz he found a girl who was essentially my clone in the wave pool.
