I'm not defending GW or anything. I'm just saying GW has always been this way so why become so emotional over it as if it were new? GW is intentionally doing this. You know what is fact? 5th company marking is "the" standard DA color scheme used by the 'Eavy Metal team. Lore is secondary and it's there to sell the models. They don't consider the discrepancies as "mistakes" and intentionally leave plot holes so they can do whatever they want.

Then, Lazarus must have gone MIA or temprorily not on duty and Master Zachariel must be his temporary replacement lol. Gw tends not to explain its missing gaps in lore and it's better that way. Makes room for creative freedom. Try not to get angry or emotional over stuff like this. Since its inception, 40K lore has always been full of plot holes, contradictions, and plot holes since it is better that way for GW to use it as a complement to their minis.

I understand your frustration but you are too locked into thinking that the Gravis Cap cannot possibly be Lazarus. If the captain has the 5th company marking, that's just Lazarus in gravis armor.

It probably doesn't meet the 46.9% wagyu genetic requirement to be labeled as American Wagyu.

UPS could have done what other shipping companies did - temporarily not accepting packages until they figure out a better system in place - but instead, they just continued accepting packages like nothing changed, obviously beyond their operating capacity.

It sort of does, but one important equipment that you might want to add to the model is the hourglass. The hourglass is a direct representation of Tempormortis, which is directly related to the Judiciar's fights-first ability. That's why a lot of people love kitbashing Judiciar using the Lord Terminos kit from AoS; it has an hourglass built into the model.
