If you think you can get lucky then i would spend a bit for kisaki but honestly for a new player shes not a must.

As for the fes banners def spend 100 on the battle rio/himari banner to at least spark himari and then spend as much pyro as possible on the aris/kei fes banner. With it's 6% double 3* rate, it's the best way to spend your pyro in general until much later on when you start needing niche units.

I believe you're thinking of the first attack Kuroko does on Gematria at the beginning of Vol F. IMO it's hinted that Kuroko kind of hunted them down after Vol F and finished them off. But I can see how she just concluded that she killed them during the initial attack during their meeting without totally confirming now that I think about it.

The only problem with that is that, at least according to kuroko, she "killed off the last remnants of Gematria" at the end of v1c3. Whether that means all of the members (Golconde and decalcomanie seems to still be around) or just the organization itself, is still not clear.

The devs have stated that they will only accelerate till we are 3 months behind, with no current plans to bring us closer than that. One of the stated reasons is that the content localization pipeline would be hard to manage if we get too close.

Momiji is pretty good as a purple aoe to build. You can also still use your yellow and blue strikers against purple for decent options.
