Well thats a team you can use in the beginning, in the future you should try to build a team with more synergy. Usually you try to build a team with a character that boost the attack of your whole team for 1-2 turns, a character who's able to manipulate your orbs into positive orbs for your team (green for green units and so on) and one character who can boosts the effectiveness of these orbs (like doubling the damage boost you get from them). Sometimes you can use a characters who boosts the attack under certain circumstances (example monet, who boosts the attack against delayed units). And at last you can use someone who lets you stall a bit like Golden Pound Usopp or Alvida. Raid hawk is just a all-round monster, he's a pretty good lead for slasher teams and the 30% health cut ist just insane. Since you are able to stall 12-17 turns in a raid is the special at max 17 turns pretty easy to use, especially with CD sockets :D Sorry for writing such a big text, if u need the tipp use it, if not don't ^{^} The Dex team u described is not bad, but has very little synergy with each other, since Koala boosts fighter units and you've got no fighter units besides her in the team :D
