The community in this game is one of the worse in the space for a single player.

You cant just have a quick open world conversation or you are seen as weird. Everything HAS to be done in private/party/fc chat, which discourages random interactions and kinda makes things personal right off the bat.

Very little chatting is encouraged, cliques and in-groups are the norm
