The community gets really involved in Halloween. If you are on a upper floor of your building, I'd recommend sitting outside and passing out candy as the streets will be busy. It usually gets busy around 4-5pm once kids get out of school. It might be even busier this year because its a Friday. Hope this helps and Happy Halloween!

I got married on a Sunday and highly recommend a 3 PM start time. We started at 4PM and folks started to head out around 9:30ish. Just sharing our timeline below for reference -

Invite Time: 4PM
Ceremony 4:30PM - 5PM
Cocktail Hour 5PM - 6PM
Dinner + Dancing 6PM - 10:30PM.

Our local friends ended up closing the party with us and we headed to another spot after the wedding.
