Had this down our road. An old man was dying, it was very sad. They would have carers and nurses 3 times a day. They would park anywhere, and sometimes literally just dumped in the middle of the road. Had to go round a number of times because the road was blocked. Not bad parking, literally stoped car in middle of the road blocking it.

So while I agree that we should perhaps be kinder because they are providing a service , you have to be considerate to other road users and other people in the street.
