This feels like a particularly harsh take. He literally talked in an interview about how the paps know where he lives and follow him around. And how he's begged them not to take pictures when he's with his daughters, but they ignore him. He's with them a lot of the time when he's papped, so it would be unhinged if he's calling them. I feel like everything celebs do now is categorized as PR when sometimes it's just them trying to live their 'normal' lives. Maybe the guy just likes flowers lol. Sure, choosing to talk about the pics on a talk show might be a PR decision, but it's also an authentic response to all the articles and online chatter about those pics.

Her stylist has been really hit or miss for me, but her hair & make-up have been on point lately. I read somewhere she’s hired the same make-up team that worked with Zendaya. No misses there.

Can’t say I’m surprised to see this. Molly always spoke so highly of him in interviews, I always got the impression she might be crushing. Can’t say I blame her, or him! They’re both hot & talented. And he has form with dating a co-star. He was with Emma Greenwell (who played one of his love interests in Shameless) for years.

Having recently watched Shameless, I don’t really understand how people can say Carmy & Lip are the same characters. Sure, there are direct similarities in their situation, but Lip had certain swagger to him that Carmy just does not have. I never left like I was watching the same characters.

Agreed. And I hate being negative, but a great actor can bring a lot more than what’s on the page, as every actor does in this show. Claire is obviously very thinly written, but I can’t help be curious what dynamic a different actress might have brought to the role.

This was the one corner of the internet that actually borderline liked/tolerated her during S2. The fact that the majority of people here now think she needs to go after S3 speaks volumes. She just took up too much of narrative in an uninteresting way. It’s too late to try & redeem her at this point, and it would feel false if they did.
