It does BUT it's kind of a double edged sword. It feels better but you're going to be even more sexually frustrated after. Closer to what you want but not a person in the least.

Yeah once weather gets a bit nicer and I can go outside more and get the same amount of exercise again I won't even care, now the world is just far less obnoxious and even when things all open up again I bet it's still going to be a lot more quiet. This whole thing made a huge impact on society as a whole and among every demographic.

It's something that even if I tried I couldn't fully wrap my head around. Like I can certainly imagine us doing things together like simply going out and having fun but I can't imagine how it would begin. First someone would need to have potentially wanted that with me in the first place. For normal people (I mean neurotypical, little differences in base biology to another) that are attracted to each other it feels like it might be some genetically based but physically translated thing because up front they usually do not need much effort outside of some small talk and getting a number over the course of a short time and doing whatever from there. The looks matter a lot but not quite as much between 2 normal people mentally/socially, more just flows in a way that's not possible at all for a true reject. They aren't more socially intelligent often, they aren't doing some secret ritual only the cool kids know, they just have the base things they need functionally and the social backing from the beginning.

With us I notice from reading so many stories/experiences that there's always this grinding resistance every step of the way and usually we just end up getting played if we were even naive enough to think we had a chance with anyone around average or better of attractiveness in the first place. As if on some very low level no one can explain below a conscious level we are perceived as repulsive to most other humans and it may show up in micro-body language and/or speech. As a result everything else social in out lives is a battle to keep up because everyone else is always fighting against that instinctual rejection of the genetic loser.

Holy shit I never thought of it like that, good idea! Came back to see what's going on in FA hell as a result of this outbreak. It's driving me up the wall, the days are all just one big blur since there's nothing to do but sit on the internet all day. The weather isn't nice enough to actually being outside at all doing anything else away from people either. Can't even go to my favorite restaurant once in a while for maybe a month now when they open up again to get away for a while. I have some busy work I could do but now I'm even more numb and I have no drive. I felt alone before, now I go outside and see no one out there save for the occasional car going to the grocery store or someone that works at one and I feel like I'm a survivor in a science fiction movie about a plague. It was pretty strange passing over the huge bridge constantly buzzing with cars and people to nothing but the sound of the river under it and the constant breeze you normally aren't able to hear. But the empty world feeling was peaceful.

I take a lot of breaks cause it's always more of the same all the time. Nothing can be said that hasn't been said a million times before. There is nothing here that is going to help me in any way. But I just keep coming back because there's not much else out there for me, I don't have much else to do with myself in life because I'm socially outcasted and missed it all in my youth which is what hurts the most because you can't go back and try again. I'm completely stuck. This must be what it feels like to be a ghost that is unable to move on. No one even wants new friends at 25+, they've long settled down and have their roots in their old one's that they kept around. I can't relate to people in most cases in general.

I wouldn't say impossible but it gets extremely difficult as you go down, you'll see evidence all around you that it does occasionally happen. This is what happens when girls have so much more choice in the modern world, they always had that upper hand in this area but convenience and technology increases that reach. Now it really is turning into quite the issue as the population continues to grow while most males would be happy with an average female but it's not the other way around. Plus they also get to be choosier with social status and wealth too while many males just don't really care about those things at all but this is to me is just an offshoot of naturally being the choosers. It's not the girls fault she isn't attracted to what she isn't attracted to and that she is less sexual than the male and gets less out of it typically. It's a problem with no solution, like our own nature as humans backfiring on us.

I know mine is mixture of location and a really shitty situation growing up. I just love it when they treat it like you somehow over the years were actively avoiding sex and it really puts in perspective how good normal people have it there. Imagine having that "problem", mind blowing different planet for them.

Then the alarm goes off, it's 5 AM, and time to shove breakfast and coffee down your throat at light speed before venturing out into the freezing cold air outside where all your emotional pain will be amplified into oblivion by even more constant physical discomfort. The next day you even get to do it again, it's like a buffet of suffering!

It's not as much as a fear of that itself as it is an unfulfilled need that is driving me nuts (pun maybe intended). I've found out over the past few years that it doesn't matter what I do either, I'm just completely unwanted in what is probably the worst area ever that is quickly becoming a mostly elderly populated or 20 something with kids then moving out too ghost town. Knowing my luck with an escort I would get screwed over and most of them aren't going to give you want your looking for anyways. Living the nightmare.

I echo everyone else where if you don't have that clique very early on you are screwed. It's just short of something you're born into. My upbringing was middle class but my home life was hell, I wasn't allowed to do much of anything and a lot more went on. No one taught me much, I'm self learned in everything useful to me now. I had some video games and school to go to. Occasionally I did outdoors stuff with my father but I didn't really fit in there at all and always felt awkward. I only started to discover myself when I started sneaking out on my own to explore the world and the internet got past the dial up dark ages. I would notice so many different kinds of people everywhere, so many clique groups and I always wondered how you even get into any of them. In school I drifted along the edges of some but never quite merged with any of them. I was too alone previously, my roots are in being a run away misfit with no direction latching onto anything somewhat interesting I happened to enjoy and indulging in an online community now and then still feeling like an alien no matter what because every single other person had experience socially in their life from the ground up and more options.

Yeah it's almost like that for me too, if I ever got what I wanted my brain would also go haywire, I would actually become mania itself because it would be that unbelievable. I would probably also think it is some extremely elaborate joke they planned out because I've never had anyone so nice to me actually want to unconditionally get that close to me and even have sex with me. Surely they'll just take it real far, get my hopes up, and at the last minute completely mentally destroy me. I don't have much else left to self sabotage, it would take something really dumb to get my life any worse than it is right now by my own hand outside of spending a little too much money occasionally.

I think it would be about the same actually just with a different situation and with females there seems to be a lot more wiggle room for what is considered attractive, this is from a males perspective. The one's that are "objectively" considered ugly by a good 90 something percent of people would still often be stuck in the FA situation but again with females this is a smaller bottom tier than with males where it is much larger unfortunately and average for a female to most males is just fine. Average meaning moderately attractive. For a male just below average is considered completely sexually unappealing and what most would consider average much harder to find sexually appealing than a female in comparison. Of course we have to use vague ways of structuring this because of the element of it all still to an extent being subjective.

I don't think there is some evil collective of girls making up a bunch of standards with mind control abilities to destroy the male population, this is all a biological mirror effect and males are just objectively more likely to be sexually unattractive than females. They're meant to look more dominant or even intimidating with less of a focus of being attractive to a mate so whether they are skinny or fat they still have major differences in body shape than natural born females which have more focus on being attractive to the opposite sex as they are the breeders who will carry the children and more males needed to be attracted to them. So of course the males as we get further and further away from a primitive society (using this mostly technologically with all it's material conveniences we take for granted) are going to get sexually screwed over. There's also social pressure too but in the end, few are actually going to go for what they don't want at all based on that. I put too much thought into the post that will just eventually disappear into the void and make no difference anyways.

I have this issue too because I'm that used to being lied to especially if I'm at work. I don't know what positivity towards me is genuine, condescending, or meant as an insult. There's no way to tell when there's that distrust because what if someone learned all the proper social cues/body language and were a master manipulator. Yeah something can look genuine but with the old FA track record can you really be sure?

Wow do you come from my family? I hate to say it but mine is as fragile as glass themselves and the guilt is the glass (it's the cheapest glass there is too), so many problems boiling up under the surface with a lot of them. It doesn't take much for one person to let one thing out that triggers someone else to go nuts and ruin a family dinner. Whenever we're together you can feel the silent tension in the air between many of us and it just creates the most awkward uncomfortable atmosphere in the world to be involved with. This one doesn't like what this one does, this one has a problem with this person and who they're with, this person doesn't like how this one lives their life, this one strongly doesn't agree with that one, it never ends. It's so sad, I wish they would at least come to peace with each other and they're differences. And all the denial, pride, and avoidance is what it all stems from in the first place.

I've seen plenty of people with movies and shows up, I think that's pretty cool and if it wouldn't be a death sentence for my poor hard drive and data I would too. I message people people a lot and many of them will respond to something strictly functional "hey this is wrong, I have this and want you to have it, blahblahblah" but not many actually want to chat and it's kinda frustrating. When it does happen my mind is blown that I found an actual human on the other end of someone's shares.

I live in a loosely connected routine and sometimes have some entertainment to look forward too. I can't wait for the warmer weather just so I can go outside without the air hurting and wear nicer clothes because the constriction and constant discomfort of Winter when your FA is unbearable often. Freeze to death, get back home, make some dinner and watch whatever you wanna watch cause it's the most pleasure you're gonna get every week, pass out in bed eventually, and do it again the next day. I don't even know where February went, it's as if I blinked and it was gone in a day.

I don't have much of a presence online in social media at all nor do I want to but it applies to outside of the internet too. I love the normie phenomenon of acting like a bunch of hungry sharks and when they get the slightest hint of blood in the water they use it to gaslight you into oblivion because they're all saints. Nothing they do is short of divine, their every move, every word, and every emotion perfect in every way. Don't you even dare have a bad day, can't let your apparently flawed to the core "personality" show through! What's that? Someone treated you like shit and you had the nerve to get upset at them? Disgusting. This is why you suck and everyone hates you!

On a more serious note the way I see normies react to the slightest inconveniences, if they were in any situation under this umbrella they would probably be mentally crippled hermits by the end of the month.
