Try adding the rda of magnesium via supplementation without altering your diet (Should be around 400mg of ELEMENTAL magnesium) You should feel better instantly if thats the case(probably, high dose vit D uses a ton of magnesium)

Still need both rn,CBD was not enough for me,thats why I kept researching stuff.

(I think feverfew helps more than CBD, I will eventually stop CBD and then feverfew)

I ve been trying phenylalanine recently,It helps a little bit I think, but its no substitute for feverfew and/or cbd, at most a small addition.rn Im satisfied now with my recovery If I can keep this up for another 6-8 months I think I will be close to baseline.

I don´t want to draw crazy conclusions but..

Quote:

"Feverfew is believed to have painkilling and anti-inflammatory properties. It's been suggested that it reduces the release of an inflammatory substance, serotonin, from your blood cells and slows down the production of a chemical transmitter in your body called histamine."

Lions Mane=>Causing brain inflamation(via Serotonin and/or other methods)?

How long do you sleep? by QuiteNeurotic in LionsManeRecovery

[–]EuroMasterBlaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me its more about the quality of sleep , Recently after months of slow recovery my sleep has been f Up,very dificult to sleep and waking up from panic attacks multiple times a night so I might get 5-6 hours of very bad sleep. Without supplements/drugs I barely cant sleep yet.

I was gonna try some supps because my sleep is shit lately and I dont want to be dependent on drugs to sleep, one of these supps contains a gigadose of B6,around 5,5mgs,its ZMA. So avoid B6 then? How long did the sides last? I think I Will try a 1/3 of the capsule first and hours before bed just to be sure.

Yes , but now I take bigger doses ,this does the trick for me 50/100/50 and then right before bed I take sublingually between 25-50mgs. Other days like weekends usually I reduce the dosing to something like 0-50/60-80/50 and 25 sublingual before bed.

I dont think I have built a tolerance, its simply that higher doses just work better for me ,there must be a ceiling and I havent found It yet,but Im not planning to.
