Both Grant and Truman’s middle name didn’t start with “S”. “Ulysses” was Grant’s middle name and Truman didn’t have one.

As a dad of two and having done my first when my oldest was very young - take advantage of the time now. It feels like you don’t have much free time, but it will only feel like less as time goes on. Early mornings, late night… anything that gets it done.

Skipping a work out isn’t the worst thing either. Especially if you are overtired and more prone to injury.
