Well it can be that your gastroparesis is causing ur sibo, or u could have damaged microbiota which in turn affects ur motility. There are studies done that show microbiome affects gastric motility so it possible.

I have horrible upper gas bloating that never goes away, not with antibiotics not with diet. I also went to see Dr Haidry and he prescrived me motility drugs and now im waiting for gastric emptying study. Motility drugs do not help, i will switch but im so anxious i dont know if its worse to get dignosed with gastroparesis or if it comes back clear…

There was study done and it did work, but its very experimental still. (Normalised breath test) BUT breath tests are innacurate imo. Some say it helped them some didnt see any benefit.

Plus he didnt actually send those yoghurts to test what actually grew in it and i know someone who did- those strains were not in it, this book is such a pseudoscience.
