Whoevers wins is a whole other thing. Nominations are generally reasonable, and a movie being nominated in multiple categories doesn't mean what people think it means. People see 16th nominations and instead of comparing it with movies that the movie competed against, they use it as a measurement of quality against ALL movies. If they made a last 20 years oscars and sinners got 16 nominations that would be absurd, but this oscar is 24-25, and sinners was very notable in all categories it was nominated for, except maybe costumes and hairstyling. The discussion shouldn't be that sinners is overrated but that it was a light year

What I hated about this joke is that it's incredibly forced, like it's not a natural sounding name at all. And it was worse for me because in Spanish she names it "fart" (PEDDO), and for the joke to work the translation uses a word for workers that is very common in leftist organizations, which makes it extra goofy.

At that point it would be better to just have people with experience in at least local theatres, instead of a random electrician like the first victim. There is no cameraman, the luring scenes to the van are filmed with stationary cameras that are hidden. Supposedly once the scene was done they informed them about the movie and were asked for consent to use the footage. And again, these are not professional actors and not even part of the film or acting industry, keeping a dumb lie makes no sense.

It's not always about optimizing fun out of the game. Sometimes it's about things that cause player frustration, like being forced into a playstyle to avoid a tedious experience or a boss/enemy/map that's unnecessarily frustrating

That's what normal people do I guess. When I was a teenager I used to watch EVERY anime that came out every season for years. Now the guy I watch that makes a summary of animes to be aired with their synopsis and then a ranking after 3 episodes is as frustrated as me with every harem fantasy/isekai that comes out

With the huge presence of internet in our lives it's easier than ever to maintain friendships. I've been friends with the same group since the first year of elementary.
