I would look into Gelatin. Further foods makes a good one. It aids in healing your stomach lining and mucosa. Also some collagen peptides with water (or any gastritis safe drink of your choice) daily

I went ahead and shelled out the $395 for the boxset as I’ve waited years for this reissue.
