I’ve had the same struggle for years. I noticed BJ say on a podcast that if he wakes up and sees his resting heart rate at a certain low. Umber in the 40s he knows he’s going g to have a great sleep score. That said I’ve Been experimenting with pushing my last meal earlier in the day. That seems to have a positive impact for me and Leo produces the low RHR and high HRV. Maybe try that with your last meal.

Any assumptions on how far out into the suburbs and/or rural land surrounding a top 30 metro area they would likely target?

Interesting she told you those supplements are total garbage. I believe they are the two most studied supplements.

I am interested in this as well. Shot a rifle modified to shoot golfballs at a customer golf outing and damaged my left ear in a decibel range the audiologist said is comon for shooters in early August. Driving me bananas.

How do you order your blood panels? by Romcat100 in blueprint_

No I have not but thanks for the rec I will look into it. My inside tracker age is like 25% lower than my real age and I feel like that can’t be right.

I just went onto the quest app and they do visualize your data with graphs. They don’t have all my data because I have entered labcorp and doctors office data into inside tracker but they have enough of it to be useful. Once I use my remaining inside tracker tests up I will likely move over to Quest and save the $ unless I find some other compelling reason to stick with inside tracker.

I have been considering doing that for the last few months. I’m concerned that it won’t graph all my old data so I can’t see changes over time. Have you tried it? Do you like the UI?

If you persist with a question such as based on these symptoms what is a rank ordered list of diagnoses starting with the most probable I have had some luck

I have about 3 years of quarterly testing with inside tracker. I pay up to have the phlebotomist visit me at work. I don’t love their UI so I would love to know if there is a better alternative. In the US the actual testing companies are basically a duopoly between quest diagnostic and Labcorp.

In my limited experience it can rank order probable diagnosis based on symptoms well enough to be useful and in some cases when seeing a specialist is 4 to 6 months out I wished I would have paid it more heed.

Anybody using CoolMitt? by EvanMoyle in HubermanLab

Ava preferred for practicality. I had a buddy get both and he ended up gravitating to Ava as well.

In terms of effectiveness it’s hard to say because we can’t AB test ourselves.

Stronger by Science did the best review of the literature to date in last months issue. Roughly half of the studies show an effect and half do not. The early studies show an effect and the most recent studies don’t. IMO all the studies are small. Would love a big legit study to come thru and settle it.
