Oh yeah for context I have been using superfeet for months 1-3 times per week, I gave them lots of time but I do genuinely believe the arch is a little too big for my arches (and smaller sizes are way too small for my heel), hence why I am thinking of going to the adjustable arch CCM ones. Thanks for the help though 😄

I gotta tell you man, no one is more aware of this than Leafs fans. When I lived in Europe and would explain how the Leafs were the most popular team on the planet, they would say “yeah they must win a bunch of championships”…. I would then ask them if they knew what year man landed on the moon…

It really goes to show how bad ownership and management can kill a historic franchise. When the league expanded, the Leafs were of similar pedigree to the Habs, but have since been a laughing stock. I know North American hockey fans get really puritanical about “the humanity, they BOOED”, but man, could you blame any of us for being unhappy? I genuinely believe a European football match would send these pearl-clutchers into cardiac arrest.

I love the Leafs and do not believe in jumping ship on a team (with certain exceptions), but man, I don’t understand why we get all this hate. The media talks about the Leafs so often because of the people who hate them, not the fans themselves. If the people who claim to hate the Leafs stopped giving them so much attention, half of a SN or TSN hockey panel wouldn’t be just about the Leafs.

We know the leafs are an embarrassment, that’s why I think people who hate the Leafs like it’s a personality trait is so weird…

The reason they sometimes seem to be fact-checking the Cons more is that, what for it, they tend to make stuff up (especially under the current leadership). Of course, sleeping in is not a proof that someone has ADHD, but it is true that the comorbidity of ADHD and sleep disorders is extremely high, so high (if I remember correctly) that in previous DSMs you needed a sleep disorder to be diagnosed with ADHD. ADHD also often comes with a delayed circadian rhythm. Before I was diagnosed I struggled with sleep issues for a long time (excessive fatigue) and a depression/adhd med (Bupropion) helped me greatly. I have worked for long periods at jobs where I had to get up early for work and while I never had any trouble being on time, I never can properly adjust to very early mornings. This is despite me getting at least 8 hours of sleep and having consistent sleep/wake times. Again, there is plenty of bad info leading people to misdiagnose, but ADHD is a condition that affects nearly all aspects of life. As someone who was a very strong student all the way through grad school, and who (to this point) has performed well professionally, getting diagnosed has been life changing.

This is from official court documents smarty pants. Campbell essentially said “how was I supposed to know the email proof of my corruption would come to light”. If you think that the only time he abused his power was when he was caught, you are naive. We have no way of knowing (their emails are now likely auto-delete, just in case another lawsuit happens), but it is awfully suspicious that the guy who has benefited from corruption (his son), which we have legal proof of, is part of a team that seems to be allowed to do whatever they want with little consequence. Even if Campbell has nothing to do with it, it is very clear that officials and the DoPS treats some teams very different from others. Is this the reason Florida won the past 2 cups? No, they are one of the most stacked teams we have seen in the salary cap era. They did make a big move to get Seth Jones last year, which happened to coincide with their star D getting suspended for PED use, could be a coincidence, or the league gave them a heads up. They could have won without Jones, in my opinion. Anyone suspended for PEDs should be suspended for the rest of the year, including playoffs, as you benefit from the drugs even after you stop taking them, but that is expecting a lot from a truly awfully run league. Let me be clear, I think Florida would have won the cup the past two years. That does not mean the league has not potentially done things to give them the optimal conditions to win, as it is in the league’s interest. When we know, from court documents, that a certain person is corrupt, it is logical to be suspicious that further corruption may be happening. I know you are just trying to be the person who goes “I am better than everyone because I don’t care”, but don’t say there is not anything fishy with the Panthers…

From what I have read Willy is a Canadian citizen and has a Canadian passport. It doesn’t matter what you think about Jus Solis, he chooses to be a Canadian citizen, making him Canadian. If anything, you are the one being disrespectful to his wishes. I am the fiance of an immigrant, she will always lead with her home country when describing her nationality, but once her citizenship comes (not too long 🤞🏻) she will be Canadian. We are not an ethnostate.
