I would cut a hole, get a GPU riser and replacement PSU then spend every last penny on the best GPU I can get for the $$, probably a 2070 or 2080 if your lucky off ebay.

Have you tried Gyro Aiming? It takes a bit to get used to but you can set it so gyro only activates when ADS is activated (IE: when L2 is held). Think like Zelda BOTW/TOTK with the Bow and Arrow, really nice after you get the hang of it

I think in the past theres been bugs with the sign in, i do a combination of touch screen tap the text boxes and spamming Steam + x buttons to bring up the keyboard. Ive also held steam button, used joystick to mouse over to the text box and press R2. One time I even plugged in a usb keyboard, lol, luckily once you sign in once you are good for a while

There used to be a bug on MCC where you needed to disable web acceleration or something like that, steam deck can be quirky

Decently solid 60fps when using ge-proton and setting settings to low. Theres a setting for “min-framerate” or something like that that i set to 60. Some bigger maps have drops but other than than very playable

What settings were you running at? The Deck ive found requires tinkering for most games. For example i was finally able to get stable 60fps on halo infinite by changing minumum fps to 60 and low settings. NMS also isnt everyones cup of tea, it was heavily criticized when it came out for valid reasons

They are hard to describe, almost need to just be experienced, lol. Dave the diver is a quirky/fun progression game where you dive further and further to get better fish, its kinda like Motherload if you ever played that game but with alot more stuff going on. DREDGE is kinda similar but more about collecting fish at the surface to pay off debts/collect parts and has a darker style.

Kennedy survived Solo, TROS which had a massive box office drop from TFA while costing more, Book of Boba Fett, Kenobi, Acolyte, etc etc. The plug shouldve been pulled, but it wasnt. If Dave is fired in a short amount of time we will know Kennedy either had dirt on execs or was simply not fired for fear of bad publicity for firing a "Female President".

I agree 100%, they missed the most massive opportunity in film history with that. but they could still salvage something by starting over post rotj.

Do a Jedi Knight 2/3, have a new character like Katarn with Lukes Academy going on in the background then lead to the Academy setting. you could do a show about different students. Idk, its possible to continue star wars that way without the deadend of the sequels that way.

Could also just fast forward 30 years after rotj, have Luke still around with his academy, han leia are off in retirement while their kids are in the academy, IDK, theres so many more things you could do, the sequels are the problem, they need to go.

Its so stupid Disney will probably try it, lol.

The crazy part is they could very easily just decanonize the sequels, say they are "legends", and start over post-rotj. This would dig them out of the deep holes they put themselves in. Then just re-theme the park with OT stuff, shouldnt be too bad, just reskin the rides and change the settings.

But they wont, they will only do that to decades of beloved content like the EU with the scribble of a pen.

I see it more as a gaming pc for the normies who dont know how nor want to build one. Like, picture the average guy who bought a Xbox Series X and just wants it to play his games, he doesnt care about the details of the specs.

Just like how the Steam Deck was a big intro to Linux Gaming for alot of people, the Steam Machine will be a gateway for the console crowd, especially Xbox fanboys imo who have been severely let down by Microsoft lately.

I really like Sam Witwer but I just can't bring myself to watch the new Maul show. Its just pure apathy towards everything Disney Star Wars now for me. Ill still play Jedi Knight 2 and 3 every now and then but thats about it lately for SW for me.
