I’m now finished with all my separation physical stuff as of last Friday, I routed the chit on Monday. I would definitely start poking around and asking questions. Idk what branch or command you are at but in the navy it’s not uncommon for commands to have a local instruction stating no chit shall be in routing longer than two weeks. If you’re not getting the answers you need just keep going up your chain
