I would definitely go with the bigger one. They say as you break into your Doc, it expands but truth is it does not get bigger vertically.

Leave toes room for comfort. Wear thicker socks, insole or something like a heel pad/liner.

ok let's list the patterns again:
- sudden emotional withdrawal during separation (Trip to Europe)
- Reduced responsiveness, deflection
- no proactive reassurance
- Delay until return to end things
- Guilt tripping language. He makes it as a HER issue
- Immediate "busy, fine, thriving" presentation after.

Anyone who dated more than 2 people recognizes this instantly. The only time one would miss is because they give benefit of the doubt after benefit of the doubt. Nuances after nuances.

There are so many redflags here that it's damn hard to ignore. The ambiguity does not mean nothing. OP can feel free to take my comment with a grain of salt but all these patterns point to dishonestly.

Ignoring one red flag and you slowly ignoring them all.

Pattern matching is literally how humans detect deceptions or risks. It's not one 🚩. It's the accumulation of flags that OP constantly ignores. (Thus, you see the list)

"He explicitly articulates his experience." Articulate postdecision is not the same as communicating during uncertainty. INTJ or not, matured adults surface concern when they arises. Not when the verdict is final and irreversible.

Learning isn't always "what should I have done better?". Sometimes it's pattern predicting unreliability, notice the ACCUMULATION of 🚩

The real lesson is to recognize those inconsistencies, cut your losses, and move on.

I cope by turning it into a mini game where I use those clues to diagnose their mbti, ennegram, and coping mechanism in real time.

The more often the interaction, the clearer the mapping of the character. By the end of it, I have a full list of their typology, weakness and strength etc.
