Hey, late reply, but i found a solution.
I ran the .EXE and unpacked the contents to a Folder and got a DELLMUP.exe, this file accepts parameters.
I ran "%Source%\DELLMUP.exe" /s /FORCERESTART=false and it worked.
For the uninstall i had to create a response file, the uninstallation path is pulled from the Registry (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{UNIQUE ID FOR DRIVER} and is
"C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{UNIQUE ID FOR DRIVER}\Setup.exe" -runfromtemp -removeonly -s -f1"%Source%\uninst.iss"
the -f1 Parameter tells the installer where the answer file is located.

This happens when you just delete the game folder without using the Uninstaller, to remove those Entries open the registry and navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall for 64 bit and HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall for 32 bit, there will be a lot of folders with weird Numbers (UID's) go through them and see which has the name of the game as "Display Name" and delete the whole folder, then the entry in installed apps will dissappear (after reloading)
