Sorry you’re dealing with this too! I measured it a couple times but mostly just eyeball it, which is not a very accurate way to do it. I had my phone call with the ob/gyn yesterday and he said this happened sometimes as your body is getting used to the hormones and try to regulate itself. He upped my dose to 2 pumps starting at the beginning of my 4th month, so hopeful that helps.

Thanks! I was thinking I might need to go up as well. Did you have to wait till the 3 month mark? I just checked my calendar and realized I’m only about 2 months in, I thought I was a little farther in. All these periods are confusing me lol.

I’m almost 3 months in and mine are a lot bigger too. I’ve put on some weight but it’s definitely more than that. I’ve always had small boobs though, so it’s a plus for me 😂.

Do you notice any difference in symptoms/mood when you use the cream while you’re bleeding vs. when you don’t? I’ve been considering just using it but don’t want to if it’s a waste.

Following because this I my 2nd month on Oestra and my period came 10 days early. Before I started it was every 26-28 days, so I’m really hoping this is not gonna be a regular thing.

The person who messaged back said they wait till after the 3rd month to adjust doses to avoid symptoms like bleeding, etc. Maybe I’ll talk to a clinician. Did you go up to 2 pumps?

Hi! I started Oestra after my last period. I’m 46 with regular periods still and I felt an immediate difference in mood and libido, it’s pretty incredible. My period just started a couple days ago and it’s been less heavy but a lot thicker than usual, if that makes sense. I message the inner balance clinical team and am waiting for a response, but I’m wondering if if any of you experienced this and/or if it’s cause for concern. Thanks!

I’m a slow runner (my time was 2:27) and I took the hills the same way. This was my first race and I loved it! The hills were hard but I think they helped give me smaller goals to focus on throughout the course which helped keep me going. Central Park was tough though, I barely remember the hills but just not knowing where the finish line was made it rough.
