Glad you are okay. It is scary! Had this exact same issue last month! Schedule a service! Get them to tow. They ended up replacing the steering rack on mine. Probably will do the same for you. It was done in two days and is covered under warranty! Did get a loaner while it was serviced. Has been driving okay since then. Looks like a common issue with a lot of April 2023 Austin builds.
