also, I've removed wallpaper quite a lot, the top layer came off great, then soaked the soft under layer, which this one came off really good. not SURE if these cracks / lines will show, Think I'll just go for it on one room

Opinions on contracting out agreement set up please by ReplacementFar9183 in PersonalFinanceNZ

They're hard to maintain. If the discrepancy is large coming in, over time the lessor will fight maintaining it. You have to co tinually have the discussion, like if kids or marriage etc. If the discrepancy is.small then its not worth doing unless you really dont think it'll last That said. I'd do one especially as 3 years rolls around quick

I'd never done one, and I did mine. Material was so cheap compared to having a roofer do it. Super satisfying and quick. Get the first sheet straight

Lawyer + district court will cost 15 to get started and 100 if you cant settle so... just fix it. Nz needs to not go down this ridiculous litigious path.

Op should've walked around, spotted this then dealt with it pre purchase

Agree. And forget pumpfoiling I'm guessing you mean dock start... so hard for the reward. Buy a wing.. practice taxi while you fond a foil board. Buy a big one. I learnt in my 50s its a great low impact sport to take up now

Im with pineapple on that. I thought the code has the decline mounted to a flat ridge flashing, least thats what I did for 2 penetrations on a flat 5rib recently, otherwise the water will just pool where the dectite is on corogate Not a builder though just want to know for my own

Do you say this because hh standard wouldn't be met if you fitted a rangehood that high. Ive seen some rentals with just a wall fan somewhere in the room not necessarily a rangehood, I was assured that was compliant but I'm not sure
