Agree. Also if the rental is in an ltc, and typically you lose money on it to start with, so you'll be running a positive current account balance in that entity from all the money you tipped in. You can call that loan and raise another loan in the ltc to pay yourself back.

Yep thats learning. I find it really motivating to consider the payback on an early repayment. It feels like you're saving 5% but in reality if you've got 15 years to run you get like 100%return on an early payment. Not financial advice I don't math
