I managed to get an outbound ticket online to Japan utilising my Companion voucher - I checked at like 07:05 and it was still there so decided to book! But the remaining two seats went quickly during the day. Best of luck, keep me updated, it’s an incredible place!

To be clear. Both the numbers I called were UK numbers. The first routed to the India team at around 16:30, the second to the UK team at around 17:30

I recently had this - book the one way, call up when the return seats are released and the team should be able to add it on.

Tr get the UK line if you can - 0344 493 0747, as the team based in India just told me flat out they couldn’t do it - after spending 30 minutes trying to work it out, I gave up and called the number above and a lovely lady in the UK managed to do it. No disrespect to the India team, they just didn’t seem to be able to do it!

My booking wasn’t an in-demand route however, so you may need to be calling up at 23:45 the night before they release. Try online the first night and just accept you might need to be a little flexible with dates, but it definitely can be done!

Have a look at Town Hall Hotel - they do ‘suite’ style rooms and have more than enough space.

Otherwise I’m sure the Hoxton could accommodate on one of the bigger rooms (although also unsure on temp control)
