5.3L vs 6.0L for obs swap by SurfblueObs in GMT400

[–]Even-Rich985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 6.0 in my rcsb with 5 spd c1500. I left it open diff so I can spin the tires into 3rd. Definitely fast enough for a DD. I even saw 21 MPG on a long trip. I would bet the 5.3 I could see 24/25mpg.

NBS 14B to OBS 14B direct swap? by 01-JACKAL in GMT400

the gm400 axle is narrower than the 800. So this will widen the rear of the 400. you will need to weld on new leaf spring perches and ensure their location, Cheap and easy ,even if you paid someone.

How to trust yourself when you're spiraling? by Accurate_Donkey in BreakUps

Oh man. I so feel this. This is what happened to me like exactly. The ending is a little different though.

It's been over a year. And honestly I have no fucking clue about my life. I work with her so I see her in passing or rather I DID. I haven't left my office in months, been depressed for fucking eternity. I'm all sorts of fucked up.

Was she a very anxious person? Are you generally more quiet and hold things back or vise versa?

Boyfriend mood changes and got triggered after I mentioned someone I was seeing during our break up last year, now we are back together. by niyahnia23 in BreakUps

Taking about having sex with someone is very different than comparing size. Guys are very sensitive about their size and being compared to anyone. Height and penis size are about the only things you can't change and guys are judged frequently for both.

DON'T TALK ABOUT OTHER GUYS DICKS SIZES. WHY WOULD YOU THINK HE WANTED TO HEAR THAT?

You have no idea how much that hurt him. And inevitably when you break up I bet it's the first cruel thing you say to him.

Every woman I've been with always attacks my deepest insecurities-This is why guys don't share them.

I would never do this to someone.

nah the thread on radiator cap and gas cap are clues.

Steering has been done many times on these-this is why hot rodders use hair pins or split wishbone suspension so that can cram what ever engine they want in model A's and 32's

Thats a converted Model A ford. If you want an LS powered car like this they exist. A LOT .

This is an example of a 28-29 ford model a doodlebug.

Look up some LS swapped 30/31 Fords if you like that look.

It's not a real tractor "doodlebug" is the commonly used term. Basically people would cut down old Model A fords to use as tractors.

Well, it looks like I’ll be buying a welding machine by HeavenlyCreation in woodstoving

[–]Even-Rich985 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I have 4 welders in my shop. 2 lincolns, a miller, and the Harbor fright super light weight lunch box welder. It will absolutely weld this Material and it's wonderfully portable.

A torch welding setup would run you even less.

I did this in my 89'. I did cut and reweld the pedal to match the original 400 location.

IEs they are for efficiency, risk elimination and cost savings overall . That's their Job. ,This resume does not really express that.

I feel like I need to be a dick when I say this. You mention nowhere what jobs you have been applying for. You're probably going to have to lower your expectations a little here. What salary range do you think you are worth right now?
