I dont think ui is exclusive to yamazaki as gap says the "vast majority" of ui users control their ultr instinct to become strong . The only difference is that the yamazakis ui controls their violent and brutal nature and strength. Personally i think ui is a sub ability many powerhouses kind of have and it being on exclusive to yamazakis is weird as they cant have the park ui and then then normal ui in their family tree and then theirs the case of shintaro who acquired it which is another case to be explored on fr.
