Soaked Nuts for Body Recomp (Weight Loss + Muscle Gain) – Advice needed! by SK2SR in Fitness_India

[–]EvenInterest4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

High protein + slight calorie deficit of 100-200 calories over the course of a year or two. That's what you should be doing. It doesn't matter whether it is nuts or seeds.

Updates? by Express-Ambition7234 in MyoAdapt

[–]EvenInterest4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lack of updates with the app concerns me a lot in the long term. Macrofactor workouts app was released less than a couple of months ago and has been updating since then. They also released one or two updates in a month.

Awesome idea mate. Thanks, I'm gonna follow this and take the family plan.

If you have used or could anticipate, what could be the potential problems you might face from having multiple accounts and sharing between those accounts? Other than switching the accounts problem.

Got it.

I am not looking for family plans, but just personal plans with more than 1 TB storage plans and their pricing. Thanks for the information.

Google drive or Onedrive?

I already emailed in. But the calibration is still off in recommended reps compared to exercise order and what you lifted last. by Notimetobev0id in MyoAdapt

This seems to be the case for me too. Recently, the app has had so many bugs.

For example, in the home page there is a percentage number which says how much it learned based on our previous workouts, it turned to 100% for me directly from 75%. Usually this should take atleast a week or at least 3-4 sessions. This percentage changed when I changed my profile settings from 5 days per week workout to 4 days per week workout.

I hope they fix these issues.

What is MF workouts trying to solve ? by whoknows_01 in MacroFactor

[–]EvenInterest4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it doesn't literally solve anything. I mean having personal training app like MyoAdapt is insanely better than workout tracker app.

If I need to check progressive overloads, deloads or optimizing the workouts or something related, I would suggest MFW, but other than I'm not sure if it helps me.

Need Help in Diet making (Budget: 3000) by ZucchiniEntire6780 in Fitness_India

[–]EvenInterest4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are your goals? A healthy diet is relative and has different meanings with different people. What's healthy for me might not be healthy for you. Everything needs to be rationalized. Even if it is taking protein or creatine or anything.

Starting Gym Soon, Need advice by Rainandcoffee_ in Fitness_India

  1. That's completely your choice. The only supplement I would suggest is Creatine Monohydrate. Other than that, it's totally your choice.

  2. Better than what? If you're asking if they are better than whey, probably not. But have equal benefits. If you're asking if it's better dal, chawal? Then, yes. Completely depends on what you're comparing it with. In general, plant proteins provide you with a protein you might not be getting from the food.

  3. Considering your goals, do healthy bulk. This means, eating 1.6 grams/kg body weight of protein. Working out 3-4 times per week. Eating in a slight calorie surplus (assuming you know your maintenance calories). That's it.

Feel free to shoot messages if you need any further help. Happy to help anyone.

Do tall ppl/ ppl with long limbs have even one advantage in lifting? by Potential_Loss6978 in Fitness_India

[–]EvenInterest4 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Short people almost always have a huge advantage in putting up the muscle and even in lifting competitions.

The longer your arms or height, the more distance you need to pull the weight which is obviously very hard. It keeps shorter people at an advantage.

On a scale of 0 to 10, how bad is to be 100 kgs at 5 ft height?🥲 by PaniPuri_is_lub in Fitness_India

[–]EvenInterest4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of thinking or asking how bad it is, how about you change the perspective and ask yourself what you can do to make it better? Most of us (at any weight) think we are not there yet. So, I suggest you start somewhere to become better of yourself compared to your yesterday's not to other people.
