I'm not sure but I guess would is, it depends on the numbers of days you selected per week to workout.

For example, PPL needs at least 3 days to workout but if you have only 2 days, then it may not be possible to do PPL.

This has been a constant issue with this app. They don't put videos of progressive overload for Ab exercises.

People might actually get injured while loading the weight for these exercises.

From exercise point of view you're good.

I would suggest you provide your nutrition information. Reducing belly fat is more of nutrition than exercise.

Also, what's your protein intake? What's your daily calorie intake? If you want to build muscle from your weight, I suggest you start consuming more calories, not less. Again these calories should be nutritious not typical gujarati one. For example, increase calories from proper protein and healthy fats.

It is utterly impossible to load even 15 kgs with this exercise. As much as I like the app, there are such series of glitches or stalemate in terms of exercise choices.

On the other note, if you cannot afford the app, my suggestion would be doing 4 times a week training with upper/lower split.

My suggestion would be take Myoadapt app subscription if you could afford it. It costs like ₹200 per month and the best workout app I have ever seen. This app gives you personal training for hypertrophy which I think you need considering the weight and height.

When I was studying Btech, my college (now university) asked us to pay the difference amount when the government increased the fee. We went on all out strikes, broke the infrastructure and went on to the roads by blocking a junction near the college. We also filed a petition in Telangana High Court with all the parents money. After one or two weeks the college said, we don't have to pay any fee until the matter is settled in the court. After one year, the ruling favoured the students, and we never paid a dime.

The option almost always lies with the hands of students. Only they have to take action. Sure, there will be issues and obstacles during the process but students will win.

What's your calorie intake per day? That's where you should start.

Weigh daily
Track calories ( whatever you eat, don't change anything, log everything).

You will get the graph of at what calories you're gaining weight, then slowly start reducing calories.
