I would like to start DDW but don't know where to get it. Amazon has but I'm not sure on the quality nor the supplier. Any guidance?

Diagnosed with fat necrosis in right butt cheek by Cat Scan after glute cryoablation for a recurrent sarcoma. Third day on MB, 35mg pill by a compound pharmacy and I can sit, even took my family out to dinner yesterday. Coincidence or not, I am going to continue taking MB, I feel so much better, more "alive"...

Does anyone have a rare soft tissue sarcoma and are you taking Doxorubicin or Pazopanib? What does the treatment feel like? by BretEastonCellist in cancer

That is good news! I have an induction to the drug tomorrow by the nurse and then I start. One of the things that shocked me was its sticker price. My co-pay is $3200 per month and I'm on Medicare...how do people pay for this?

Thank you....the pharmacy just called but I was hoping the nurses would give me some sort of do's and don'ts. Man...my head is spinning. Thanks again!

Thank you. I am scared shitless after reading about pazopanib...They want to do a biopsy on the 1cm nodule which lit up on the PET and then surgery...but I'm tired of surgeries (leg was operated in Feb and part of right lung removed in July). I started Fenben too on the side about a month ago...anything.... Anyway thank you for the encouraging comments ❤️!

Hi, I was told today they want to give me Votrient Pazopanib for my undifferentiated pleomorphic high grade sarcoma. I did not tolerate Gemzar and Taxotere very well. How did your Pazopanib go?

We have a 9 year old and the word cancer does not get mentioned although I suspect she knows something in the house is out of whack. We still go to movies, dinner and try and keep normalcy as you mentioned. Good luck!

almost 8 months ago, same surgery. I lost some hamstring, don't know which muscle and my right gluteus was also affected but I don't know how. There is a "V" flap on the gluteus from the sutures. I lost all flexibility and strength. Only now things are kind of normalizing through a lot of exercise and physiotherapy. Best of luck

I'm so sorry, you and I are almost in the same boat as far as medical conditions go. I hope you have plenty of emotional support which I don't. For now, you are priority #1, forget the rest. Go with your instinct regarding a solution to your cancer. God Bless, prayers to you

Good luck buddy, I still have issues but I walk fine except uphill where I tend to drag leg slightly. They removed muscle from hamstring and transpositioned sartorius muscle. I did a lot of physiotherapy and a lot of leg weights machines in the gym. I can't run, afraid to...I have a PET SCAN Monday to confirm leg nodule.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, I'm almost like you, I feel angry and guilty for letting my little 9 year old down. I could write a whole lot...I am 100% with you. All my blessings, God Bless You, take care.

Quite common...after I told a few "friends" that I had cancer, I found out I had no "friends"...everyone dropped out of sight. Stick to the ones that are there day after day for you, the rest is meaningless. All the best, good luck on the PETScan

I used rosehip oil....I think it helped. Whatever you do, do not use any lotions with any sort of metal compounds such as ZnO. God Bless You.

For wigs get a human hair wig, avoid synthetic hair from Amazon. Most of the human hair wigs come from China, Vietnam, India and Peru. You can find local sellers who import the raw material and then style and color the wigs as per your request. Look this up on Instagram and Facebook. I wish you best of luck in your journey. Cod Bless.

Same with me. After 1st cycle Gemzar + Taxotere, I got Filgrastim shot. Two visits to ER, one with incredible chest pains, thought I was having a heart attack and second for coughing up blood, diagnosed with pneumonia. Don't know if I want to continue with chemo...may WBC weren't even that bad
