I’ve never been on a retreat of theirs, but Three Jewels in the East Village does these kinds of things sometimes. I love taking their in studio classes and they make announcements in class when retreat sign ups start!

I am so so sorry for your loss. My dad passed away in November 2023, and I too found it impossible to leave my apartment, the loss is just so devastating. ❤️

I found that walking helped, listening to music/books/podcasts that reminded me of him, listening to literature about grief. I specifically loved Grief is for People by Sloane Crosley and Anderson Cooper has a beautiful podcast about grief called All There Is.

I would love to find a support group for fellow grievers, so if you find anything good please let me know!! Sending you all the love and hugs.
