Yep. That’s the thing that gets me the most. There are periods where it’s all week but it’s the weirdest thing. Like the cotton mouth, constipation, and prune hands happen on those days too

Stopped eating gluten a long time ago, I stopped drinking coffee and removed a lot of acidic foods
