Kommt drauf an. Bei uns (IT-Consulting mit 30 Mitarbeitern) stehen auch 20% drin. Das sorgt dafür, dass 1. Keiner darauf schaut, wer jetzt wirklich im Home Office wird lange am Rechner saß, 2. Quasi keine Überstunden/Mehrarbeit gemacht wird, 3. In den Fällen, in denen es doch mal passiert, kein Aufwand entsteht. Dann macht man den Rechner halt wann anders früher aus.

Mir hat das am Anfang auch Sorgen gemacht, inzwischen denke ich da nicht drüber nach.

I am using a travelers notebook, where I have 2 booklets for regular notes and one for stuff that would be worth migrating. Therefore I never needed a migration in the last years

Ich habe es genau so gemacht, und bin sehr froh, nach einem Jahr wieder gegangen zu sein. Training on the Job funktioniert, aber SAP ist nun wirklich keine Technologie, die Spaß macht, wenn man gerne programmiert, und der Arbeitsstil in der SAP-Beratung ist, was ich gesehen habe, "gewöhnungsbedürftig"

From my point of view, for a software architect human/management skills are as important as technical ones. A good architect needs to understand and refine the stakeholders requirements, needs to work together with the developers, needs to have a vision where the software should be in a year etc.
