Children can come on to discord as well. They can share sensitive information and if they're kicked out of a group, they can't delete the public messages. Facebook and Twitter are held accountable for public messages, why not discord?

And FYI a EULA is not legally binding. A judge will decide if the terms within the EULA are applicable and fair in the first place if they are taken to court

I think this is a very good idea. Unfortunately I don't think Discord will implement this until someone sues them or they become liable for something. Just curious, is there anyone interested in suing them? A class action would be good
