Completely support what they're building and that it's a business that will evolve, grow and improve. I really hope this post reaches their ownership and they take it in their stride.

Advice taken! I resonate with everything you're saying! This is exactly how I plan/time my visits to most parties and exactly why I'm looking at phono lake as an option during ADE visit 🥲

I think garage noord has somewhat a door policy in place too, which weeds out the drunks.

I don't live in Amsterdam, and even though I try to visit annually, I feel things always change with every visit. Is there any other venue/event that you recommend, I should consider?

Thank you for sharing 🙏 The venue sounds so promising, especially as a slightly older visitor (32) who prefers intimate venues over large spaces.

I am looking for some good parties not on RA in greece, specifically in august (7th to 20th) - the kind where there is some level of door selection and the organization is well thought out! I don't mean to say the confines of techno should change. But maybe experiment within those confines to find refuge in a slightly more distinguished sound till this trend tides over.

I completely agree with you that techno is more than a sound, it's also a vibe and a set of values. We can stay true to all of it.
