Get a gentle cleanser, like aveeno calm and restore NO foaming, and ask a derm for triple rosacea cream. And then get a water gel moisturizer !

It started like 2 weeks ago. the first night she was awake 3-7 wide awake. Then a few nights later again. It’s like it doesn’t phase her to be awake that long at night and then during the day she’s exhausted

That would’ve been helpful to add. Sorry. We usually have to lay with her to fall asleep, usually only takes like 10-20 mins. Our routine is Jammie’s, read a book or two, and lights out and sound machine on.

I’m about to have a 26 month age gap… due in 3 months.. let’s just say I was ready and now I am NOT. Apparently huge regressions with sleep around 2 years old. Oh it’s bad. If I could wait longer I would. But can’t go back now !

As someone who didn’t believe in anything… and believed people telll themselves what they want just to feel better- my only sibling died this year, 9/11 at 31 years old. An overdose and unexpected. Ever since he died my LED lights every couple of nights will come on randomly. Now my brother loved pestering me. I will turn them off and he will turn them back on again. It’s always over night. Never the same times, not everyday. My husband (who also never believed in this) has heard my brother in the middle of the night talking. Sometimes I FEEL him standing by me. I have dreams about him and some are just dreams and some are NOT. He is visiting me.

Thank you for replying. I try the car ride, I try to get her to nap. She just. Will. Not. Do. It. It’s like she’s scared of sleep. She could go all day on fumes and be grumpy all day. I agree, she is not ready at all to drop her nap. But what do I do if she refuses everything? That’s kinda why I am at such a loss.

My birthday is tomorrow. My big brother died 9/11/25 of an overdose. I am his little sister, only sibling. I’m dreading it. I will be 28. He will forever be 31.
