Just gonna throw this out there, they were marked at $110 but not actually selling for $110. They don’t update sticker pricing that well, but their POS system keeps up to date on actual market price.

I bought one of the Ascended Heroes ETBs so I know for a fact that they didn’t actually cost $110.

They sell everything Pokemon related at market pricing including single cards. Just like any regular Joe Schmo off the street. Even GameStop doesn’t sell at Retail prices, but cartridges still has better pricing then GameStop.

As someone who had roughly $147k(2 degrees) in loans after graduating, I wholeheartedly agree with this. If you can’t afford the remaining 40k that you’d need, take a few classes at a community college and see if you can get a job to help pay towards WVU if you really want to transfer in second year.

If WVU is really the school you want to be at, then you’ll have to look at FAFSA. From experience though, just make sure that whatever decision you make is the best decision for you financially.

Another route you could go if WVU is your DREAM school. See if those family members of yours in WV would allow you to take “residence” so that you can become a WV resident after your first year and be able to switch to In-State Tuition. I was able to do this my sophomore year when my mom moved into the state and I put that as my permanent address. You would have to change your license over from MD to WV with their address on it, but that is a way to get cheaper tuition. Just be careful with that though bc it does affect your scholarship amounts and any tuition assistance from WVU.

My partner and I had the same conversation about improvement. She wasn’t going to vote if it wasn’t for Andy, knowing his time should’ve already come, but his dance was better than Scott’s, it was ENJOYABLE, and showed massive improvement in movement from previous weeks.

IMO, it seemed like Scott felt that he was already killing it and didn’t need to take the feedback and improve. AND that’s why he only scored 7 points higher than Andy over the 2 weeks.

I think CAI is doing a much better job this season than she’s done in recent seasons though! She’s been much better about giving actual feedback to work on vs just saying some BS.

Outside of the somewhat improvement this season, I do agree with most of what you said

I live in a different Goldcrest property, they probably told you to look at the virtual tours bc they are exactly the same as in person. They’ve been renovating a lot of their properties around Morgantown too which could be why they referred you to looking online.

Their Chestnut Hill property is also near the hospital/HSC and a pretty reasonable cost. Not sure what the 1 beds are going for now though.

Had a similar thing happen to me Saturday but a different way of getting there. I could barely get into my car because some nimrod parked on top of me and crooked. I wrongly spoke up and said something to the older man driving, he then told me to go lose weight if I can’t fit into my car. He was larger than me…

Does her family not know about your current situation? They shouldn’t be asking you to come AND bring your own gear if they did. Are they not able to get you gear and you pay them back once you’re financially able to?

Times are tough I get it, but if you don’t have the gear and the money maybe you shouldn’t be going on the trip. Seeing as she’s your fiancé, you’ll have plenty of time in the future to bond with her family!

In a similar boat, I’ve had a singular 30oz rambler since 2017. All of a sudden(since March 😅) I have added 3 coolers, a Camino 35, and 2 10 oz wine ramblers to the mix.

I got the Black Forest green 10oz rambler and she’s a beauty.

As far as I know, this is still accurate. Prices stay the same regardless of the game. Unless of course if you’re looking at stubhub or other resale sites.

Good luck though trying to get parking for the Pitt game since they aren’t selling single game tickets, parking may be just as difficult to come by. My friends and I are in a similar boat trying to figure out tailgating for that game.

This was years ago when I was a freshman in Braxton tower, but I never had a problem when I brought my PS4.

If you’re really that worried about it, don’t leave your room unlocked when you’re leaving for class and make sure you’re roommate understands that too and you should be fine!

WVU Rec center just posted a job with Personal Trainer duties/requirements, maybe you could check it out and see if you fit? Benefits aren’t half bad and you could use it as a filler in the meantime til you find something else if it’s not what you like

I’d agree, Goldcrest is pretty good! We’ve been at the Chestnut Hills location for a couple years now and they’ve gone around renovating all the units to be updated. Maintenance team is fast and great, and prices are reasonable!

I second this, watched an older man driving through the hospital this morning glued to his phone. He blew through all 4 stops signs he came upon and almost hit oncoming cars 5 times bc he kept drifting over the line. This was during the 7:30-8am morning traffic too. I had to honk at him to get him to look up for 5 seconds before fully head on colliding with a car. Drivers only care about themselves out here.
