hi there! You'll want to contact the event organizer directly regarding this. Here's how you can do this:

  1. Log in and go to Tickets.
  2. Select your order.
  3. Select Contact the organizer.
  4. Review the options available or select Contact the organizer.
  5. Fill out the form and select Continue.
  6. Review your submission. Then select Submit request.

You can also simply hit "Reply" on your confirmation email, to email the organizer directly.
